The Lebanese Sajeria is a small family-run restaurant established by 2 entrepreneurs with Lebanese roots in the trendy De 9 Straatjes district of Amsterdam.
Since its opening in 2017, the restaurant has been an great success, both among tourists and locals. A second location was opened on Utrechtsestraat in 2019.
Manoushe is a freshly baked flatbread with a topping of your choice. You can choose from a variety of delicious typical Lebanese spiced toppings like zaatar, halloumi, labneh, hummus, beef and crispy bacon.
The flatbread is baked on the saj, a traditional dome-shaped griddle used in Lebanon to bake manoushe.
