Bar Louie Louie is a newly opened nightspot in Amsterdam Oost where you can have breakfast, lunch during the day, and can have a drink or dinner in the evening. It has a large and sunny terrace with a beautiful view on the Tropenmuseum.

The bar has a great interior design (including a large aquarium with small white sharks) and the atmosphere is very good. It can get very crowdy in the evenings when many locals visit the place for a drink (the place is famed for its sangria) or for dinner.

The barfood is inspired by the Mexican kitchen with a dining concept consisting of little snacks and plates that you can order and share together. Eating experiences are subject to change.
