Bolenius
stylishly decorated restaurant between modern office buildings, received its first Michelin star in 2017
Bolenius restaurant is located on the ground floor of an office building among other office buildings on the Zuidas, Amsterdam's high-end business centre. It has an open, transparent and light space with modern furnishings. From the dining room guests have a view of the open kitchen and the large walk-in wine cabinet.

Decor
The chairs and tables are exclusively designed for Bolenius and are for sale. The innovative and smart lighting system above the tables can be adapted per table and the light changes color during dinner, depending on the dishes served. Especially at night this creates a refreshing and contemporary ambience.
Cuisine
The restaurant has an excellent Dutch inspired cuisine with an emphasis on local products, but still with international allure. Fresh vegetables often form the basis for the dishes, but also other local products like hare, traditional beef sausage, or Amsterdam onions are used in the dishes. Bolenius is renowned for its contemporary, light and tasteful dishes.
Vegetable and herb garden
Just around the corner of the building, Bolenius restaurant has its own vegetable garden, full of lettuce, artichokes and other crops. Bred to keep the quality of the vegetables in the restaurant in their own hands. Daily fresh vegetables that morning still in the garden is at noon on the dinner plates of restaurant guests.

Book in advance
Bolenius recently received its first Michelin star, what means that it's difficult to get a reservation, so book well ahead 
. The restaurant seats up to 40 guests, who can have lunch as well as dinner.
